Counseling Services for

Our services include individual sessions, family sessions and group sessions which we use to create alignment to your greatest potential. We will update our site with our ongoing variety of group topics and events monthly.

New Group Classes

We have been promising to introduce a new weekly outpatient group!! Since many of our clients have been feeling the unwanted symptoms of anxiety, we feel this is the right time to create a co-facilitated ( Kelly Nixon Burns and Courtney Keith ) anti- anxiety group. This group will allow clients to make supportive connections and gain useful skills to build success. The holidays are quickly approaching and can intensify anxious responses and increase our expectations of ourselves.

If you would like to join us, we are offering this in person only in our beautiful group room. We can provide masks if you prefer and have space to social distance. Our rate is $30 per 90 minute weekly group starting at 6:30 pm on 11/22. You can reserve your seat through our email: Kelly@arrowhead-counseling.com and Courtney@arrowhead-counseling.com
